I was regressing to something easier to 120.1 kilos. I am guessing it’s just my foot adapting to the walking. I wear bonds socks but don’t think they are the pressing concern. Thankfully someone from work has offered to drop me off at home tonight therefore I don’t need to walk to the bus stop or anything.

I am wishing they don’t burst before I go back home. Of today and tomorrow will be a rest day Therefore the rest. The strange thing is I am eating the same calories now as I was once I was around 80-85 kilos. So there it is with all my frustrations on. Something must change cos it makes no sense when my calories are so low that the weight isn’t dropping of me.
