There aren't many cars out on the streets these days that sound like a Mustang! Our customer wanted to take his 5.2L Shelby GT350 to the next level by adding a Borla ATAK Exhaust System!Take a peek at what the factory exhaust looks like. The OEM exhaust outlets will still be used with the new Borla ATAK exhaust system.Shelby GT350's come with a valved exhaust system from the factory. The little black box attached to the top of the factory muffler is the valve actuator. It is held on by a couple of screws. We simply took the actuator off of the old muffler and placed them on the new Borla mufflers to retain the functionality of the valves. Even though the muffler outside appearance seems to be the same, its what is on the inside that counts. The Borla muffler features a "straight through" design which allows more air flow. Increased air flow results in a minor horsepower/torque bump!

Out with the old in with the new! This is the loudest exhaust system for the 07-12′ GT3 and GT3RS. Not only does it sound great, it also drops 60lbs of excess weight over the OEM exhaust.
It’s been an EXHAUSTing week here at Shine. Several exhaust installations have been booked during this week, one including this Lamborghini Murcielago. Our customer wanted his Murci’ to sound just as aggressive as it looks. He already has a Fabspeed rear section and secondary cat-bypass installed.
